2. Protect Sensitive Work and Health Information
Avoid pasting in proprietary business documents, trade secrets, or highly specific medical records. If you want an AI to summarize a lengthy, private report, remove the specific names, company branding, and sensitive figures first, turning it into a generic template before asking for help.
3. Keep It Anonymous
If you’re writing a letter, a bio, or an email, you don't need to give the AI real names or addresses. Let the AI write the beautiful structure using placeholders like [Client Name] or [City], and then simply fill in the real, private details yourself once you copy the text back onto your own computer.
